  • On the home page, click on "Enter a support request" or on "MY REQUESTS" in the "Visiativ Support" category in the left-hand menu.
  • If you are unable to connect to myCAD by Visiativ, please contact VISIATIV customer service directly by phone (free call): 09 69 32 22 23


Best practices when contacting support :

  • Be as explicit as possible in your description. Don't hesitate to describe your problem in detail.
  • If possible, add attachments representing your problem.
  • Enter your contact details so that our support teams can reach you (email, phone number, etc.).


Tickets can be tracked via the "MY REQUESTS" page in the "Visiativ Support" category in the left-hand menu.

If you can't find older tickets, they may be in the "HISTORICAL TICKETS" section in the "Visiativ Support" category, as is the case for tickets dating from before October 2023.
