All the translations made with DrawingTranslate are carried out starting from the glossary, it thus should be created before using the utility.

If no glossary is present (it is the case during the first use of the tool DrawingTranslate), it is necessary for the first time to launch the treatment on one or more files and to record the glossary with the translations.

If the base of translation is empty the following message will appear in the window.

So annotations were not found in the file of translation, this message appears inviting you to export these annotations:


 


Record files CSV. You can visualize the report of treatment.

All the annotations are inserted in the first column corresponding and a column is also created for each selected translation language.

To record the table. This table is not the glossary, it should now be amalgamated with the glossary.


Modification of the glossary:


It is possible, constantly, to modify the glossary to add notes to it or to remove some (see the site of the file glossary in ''options of treatment”). For that, two solutions:

  • Manually: To manually add notes and translations in the glossary.
  • Creation of a table: To create a new table (like view previously), and to amalgamate this new table with the glossary.

 The new notes will be inserted in the glossary by excluding the already existing notes.
