In PropertyManager SmartProperties one can reveal groups which one can place at preset positions.

One selects here, since the pull-down menu, the group which one wishes to define.

  • Group “Properties”

The group of the “general Properties” is in first position.

When the box ''To put on the same line the name and the value of the property'' is checked one gets the following result:

When the box ''To put on the same line the name and the value of the property'' is unchecked one gets the following result:

  • Group “Favourites”

The use of the ''Favourites“and the position of this group appears in PropertyManager if the box '' Afficher” is checked.

If you check the box “To reduce”, the group will be by default reduced during the posting of PropertyManager.

  • Group “Personalization”

This kind of group is essential and must be present in PropertyManager since it is the button of access to the ''Settings'' of SmartProperties. Thus one can specify only his position.

If you check the box “To reduce”, the group will be by default reduced during the posting of PropertyManager.

  • Group “Options”

This group makes it possible to manage the property “IsFastener” and the suppression of the properties.

In PropertyManager if one checks the option “To exclude from the cut” a property “IsFastener” will be created with the value equal to “1”. If this property exists already the value will be forced to “1”. If one unchecks this option the value of the property is equal to “0”, the property is not removed.

If one presses on the button "Suppress" one removes all the properties either:

       - complete document (configurations understood)

       - document alone

       - of all the configurations

       - or of the active configuration

This group can be placed at the top of the interface so, for example, remove all the properties in order to initialize the list and thus be sure to generate only the useful properties.

  • Group “Configuration”

This group is systematically activated. One can regulate his position in PropertyManager.

By default the option ''Bound to the document'' is checked.

The properties managed by SmartProperties can be created for the active configuration or for certain configurations of the document.

It is enough to check the good option in PropertyManager.

If you check the box ''To reduce'', the group will be by default reduced during the posting of PropertyManager.

The fact of checking the option ''To save the last selected option'' is useful in the case where, for each launching of the utility SmartProperties, one wishes to create the properties in the active configuration. It is enough to check this option once and for all.
