Finely contextual of selection
When one makes a right click in the window of posting, of the files and folders to be processed, one reaches a contextual menu allowing a certain number of actions.
Some of these actions can be grayed when no selections is already present.
“To record the list” allows to memorize, in an external file, the list of the files and selected folders. This list could be reloaded in another utility myCADtools in order to carry out another task on this same list
“To create a favourite” allows to memorize, in an external file, the list of the files and selected folders. This list could be added with a selection
“To open a saved list” allows to reload a list of files and folders which one will have, as a preliminary, saved. That avoids, for each utility, selecting the same selections manually. So selections are already present in the window, those will be replaced by the imported list.
“To add a favourite” allows to add to the selection, already present in the window, a beforehand memorized list. It is possible to add several favourites in order to supplement the selection. This list of favourites will be seen like a folder in the list.
“To add a file CSV containing a list of files” allows to add a list of files which will have been possibly created by a third person. This file will be with format CSV.
“Recent files” gives access (10 Maxi) the files, favourites previously used.
“To manage the columns” allows to personalize the posting of the list.
One can as follows:
- To Suppress a column, only if it is activated. Note that the column “Name” cannot be removed (grayed)
- To add a column while clicking on the button .
- The number registers by default (100) can be to modify by . This size will be able to change automatically by adjusting, in the list, the column using the mouse.
- Only the columns added by the user can be removed. To select name and to click on .
“To visualize the complete listing of the files” allows to list all the files of the list through a textual file.
“To break up (folder, favourite, csv)” allows to decompress and display ‘flat’ all the files understood in the inserted favourites and the selected folders.
“To open an explorer” allows to open a Windows explorer in order to make slip the files and folders into the list.
“To insert drawings of the documents to select” allows automatically to join to the list drawings of the files parts and selected assemblies.
“Seen” allows, when the right click is made on a file, to open a window in which an outline of the file is visible.
“Properties” allows, when the right click is made on a file, to open the window of the Windows properties of this file.
“Options” gives access the window of the “Options” for the selection according to certain criteria.
