Example for a result 2D sketch

- We have selected the complete assembly ''095-Chalumeau.sldasm''.

- The ''Result type'' asked is: ''One 2D sketch per section''.

- The ''Method cutting : several planes are selected --> ''Plan face'',''Right plane'' and''PLANE1''.

- The name given to the folder created in the FeatureManager is ''Sect01''.

#NOM?2D sketches created.

Result obtained :

The components of the assembly have been deliberately coloured in red to highlight the three sketches created (black, blue and green).

The advantage of the tool CreateSections is to be able to select the head assembly and get several sketches in one step. This is not possible with the SOLIDWORKS function ''Intersection curve''.
