The document under test is a part, an assembly or a drawing.

The operation applies if one or more documents exist in the specified location - "Location to be tested".

Indeed this zone can contain :

  • Either a filename with its directory and thus check its presence at the specified location.
  • Either use the system variables to set the location:
    • Variables related to the user's profile (UserProfile, AppData, Desktop, etc...)
    • System-related variables (ProgramData, CommonProgramFiles, etc ...)
    • Variables related to the document (Directory, Name, PathName, etc ...)
  • In addition, it is possible to use some characters to define a pattern (filter on file names): * and ?

       For example:

- *.sld??? will take into account all types of SOLIDWORKS documents

- *.sldprt will take into account all SOLIDWORKS documents of type part

- 080*.sld??? will take into account all types of SOLIDWORKS documents whose name begins with 080

Example We want to check that there are no SOLIDWORKS documents (Part, Assembly or Drawing) saved on the desktop.
