To add an operation you just have to choose and drag, from the '' zoneDefinition of the operation'', the operation to the '' fileOperations''.

Example:

If the defined condition(s) are met, then the 2 operations ''Concatenation'' and ''Delete the tables on the map'' will be realized :

  • The property ''Materialwill be created by concatenating the values of the properties ''.Material'' and ''Treatment''.

Then :

  • If the browsed document is a drawing, the second operation will delete the '' tables.Nomenclature'' following the fourth sheet.

A right click on an operation opens a menu to :

  • Expand all operations headings.
  • To group together all the headings of the operations.
  • To be able to copy (in a Word or text file) all the operations with their description. After having selected ''Copy all operationsYou must do a ''Paste'' (right click or Ctrl+V) in the file.
  • By clicking on ''.Add at the end of the action treeThis will automatically place the operation at the end of the list without having to drag and drop. This is useful when the list is long.
