Definition of conditions in the ''And'' folder

To add a condition you just have to choose and drag, from the '' zoneDefinition of a condition'', the condition towards the folder ''And''.

Example:

Create a condition if the '' propertyDescription'' exists, then we will execute the operation whatever the value of the property.

You can create multiple conditions by dragging other conditions into the '' folderAnd''.

Example:

After creating the first condition we add in the folder ''.And'' the condition ''If the number of characters in the Description property is equal to 4''.

If the property ''Description'' AND that its value is equal to ''4'' characters then the operation is applied.

A right click on a condition opens a menu to :

Expand all condition headings.
To group together all the condition headings.
To be able to copy (in a Word or text file) all the conditions with their description. After having selected ''Copy all conditionsYou must do a ''Paste'' (right click or Ctrl+V) in the file.
