Visiativ myCADtools

When the installation of myCADtools is completed, when launching the SOLIDWORKS software a window will ask you to activate the license myCADtools. This registration is done automatically in connected mode. See the video below for a better understanding. Please activate the subtitles.

There are several ways to register tool licenses.

• Automatic activation
• Activation by mail
• If you change hardware, remember to deactivate your license in order to activate it on the new hardware - Deactivate your license.

Information for using PDM vault data with some myCADtools.

Not all myCADtools utilities are designed to be used in a PDM environment. To benefit from this functionality, you must have :

• Installed SOLIDWORKS PDM Professional

• Installed the myPDMtools suite of tools 

• A myPDMtools registration license

If you are not in this situation, a message will appear when using some myCADtools utilities.
