This option allows you to assign a scale factor to your part by manually selecting the dimensions. It is also possible to modify the dimensions directly in the list of selected dimensions.

You can check directly in the list the new values of your odds in the column ''.Modified value''.


 


In this example, only the dimensions of the two holes were not selected.


   


The drilling dimensions of the two diameters 130 and 25 have not been changed.


  • Manual modification of dimensions : 

It is possible, by clicking on the dimension in the column ''.Modified valueYou can change the dimension manually. In this case the scale factor will not be taken into account.


  



When you click ''Reset'', you return to the initial state in a single operation. This button can be considered as the function ''Undo'' of the tool.

Warning: once you have exited the utility ''ScaleDimension'', and therefore that you have validated the operation, you can not go back (except by using the SOLIDWORKS functions ''Cancel'' key as many times as the number of ratings changed).
