The task ''Launching an integration project   (Integration) allows you to create actions that automatically perform modification operations on your documents according to conditions and custom rules (See the chapter ''Integration).

Once selected, a window opens to set up the task.

 

  • Elements to be Treated :

Once you have selected the files and/or directories to be processed (See selection of files and directories) you get the following panel:


 


  • Setting up the task :

To open the task settings, click on .


 


This window allows you to create actions to perform on your files. It also allows you to define the conditions and rules for the realization of these actions (See the chapter ''Integration'').

Once the settings made, click on the button ''Save'' to save these settings.


  • Planning :

 


After setting the utility options and saving the settings, you can schedule the task (See ''Planning'') and validate by clicking on ''OK''.

The task is validated and appears in the list ''.Task to be treated''.
