This section lets you select a component from your 3D base to insert as a virtual component.

Part - SLDPRT components can be inserted.

The file inserted into the assembly will contain all the properties of the original component. A property will be added to enter the quantity to be taken into account for the BOM.


 


click on this button to browse your database and open the component to be inserted.

If you've already opened components, you'll find them in the drop-down list (the number shows the last 10 components opened).


 


When the selected component has several configurations, you can choose which one to use.


 


Finally, you can enter the component quantity for the BOM. This value can include decimals.
