When the user wishes to define a field to retrieve the value of a SOLIDWORKS document property, a system variable or simply to define a fixed value, simply click on the icon (Add a field). This function allows you to concatenate several values.

This window lets you select the type of field that defines the value of a property. Depending on the type of field selected, information is available, and an icon indicates the type of field used. It is possible to specify one or more fields.

    • Delete a field.
    • Delete all fields to reset.
    • Force the result to lower case.
