How do you downgrade the ownership of a part to all the items in a welded assembly?

- If the active document is a welded part and the selection is a welded part item, we retrieve the property from the 3D model and assign it to the selected welded part item.
- If the active document is a welded part and the selection is a part, we retrieve the property from the first welded part item and assign it to the 3D document.
But that's not all:
- If the active document is a drawing, we retrieve the property from the 3D model and assign it to the drawing.
- If the active document is an assembly and the selection is an assembly component, we retrieve the assembly property and assign it to the selected document.
