Most tools open an interface in a window.

Icons in the top banner allow you to :

  • Direct access to the online help page for the tool.
  • Report requests for improvements to the tool's functionality.
  • Switch to the myCADservices platform to access :
    • to the Q&A forum
    • knowledge base, technical articles, etc...
    • online training courses on myCADtools and SOLIDWORKS topics
  • For each tool, it is now possible to express your feedback on its use or your interest in it. The presence of an icon in the banner of each tool allows you to express your degree of evaluation. Once you have voted, the icon disappears until the next launch. You can accompany your vote with a brief comment. This new feature is not at all intended for escalating or opening a support request (for that, please use the usual Hotline channel).
