The window shows a series of columns:

  • Major version with which the file was saved.
  • SOLIDWORKS version number, information which is not detailed in the ''About SOLIDWORKS ...'' window, but which may be useful to support if a problem is encountered with a particular file. The version number does not necessarily change between several Pack services.
  • Enter the service pack version date. Enter the date and day of the year (e.g. 2012/196th day of the year).
  • The service Pack used, the "Beta" versions are also specified (B1, B2...). Several Service Packs may correspond to the same version number.
  • The date the file was saved, with the corresponding version.
  • The name of the Windows author who made the last recording.
