• ' Add to Context Menu ': This option allows you to launch the task directly from the context menu.


 


  • ': Allow folder selection ': This option allows you to launch a TaskActions task by right-clicking on a folder.

With this option, the user will be able to:

    • Process the various actions defined in the TaskAction task using a right-click folder selection
    • Edit folder variables using the "Set a Folder Variable" operation on the TaskProperties folder map



  • ': Include subfolders ': This option can only be checked when the " Allow folder selection " option is enabled

With this option, the processing of a folder will be performed recursively on all subfolders and files within the subfolders of the folder on which the task was executed.


 


  This feature, in the menu, will be visible only to authorized users and groups in the page Access authorization of this assistant, as well as for the execution of the task.


  • Replace the most recent version of the file when archiving: Overwrites the latest version of the file when archiving.


  • Archiving Comment: Comment added when the file is archived.


  • Treat a CSV file selection as a list: Allows you to run tasks on a list defined in a CSV file.


You need to create a text file with the .CSV extension that contains only the list of files
