Connection information:  


  • Define the Moovapps server address by its IP address or name.
  • Specify the sysadmin login and password, used to log in to Moovapps.
  • Choose the documentary space Espace Documentaire


You can check your settings by clicking on "Check connection".




  • Defining the type of action :


 

Publish: publish files in Moovapps TechCenter

Delete: Deletes files in Moovapps TechCenter.


  • Location of files in the document space :

               It is possible to create a folder structure to apply in Moovapps TechCenter




We can use it:


- From the destination location selection dialog box:


       



- From automatic folder preselection using $model in the name of the folder to be used:



In this case putting $model will create the folder structure of the model and we will publish the file in the Manufacturing folder.




    • Display a dialog box to define the export location :


When publishing documents manually or from the workflow, the user must select the destination folder in the dialog box below :


 


    • Automatic folder preselection :


This option allows to display no windows and to automatically publish documents according to their attributes, locations, ...

 


  • Rights/Notifications :



 

Its options allow you to display the rights and notifications management dialog box when publishing documents.

4.        System fields :


 


  • The system fields are used to define the default document description and type.
  • If you use the "Manage document types" option, this option will be ignored.
