PDM Gateway operates in 2 modes :

  • Automatic mode by a change of state over the life cycle of the document.
  • Manual mode via the user's context menu



General options:



The "Confirmation request" option allows you to display a confirmation request when using the context menu command.


For each export, the workstation performing the task can display a Windows notification window.


By checking the option: "Take into account references contained in drawings" PDM Gateway will export the assembly contained in the drawing.


This form allows us to configure the triggering of PDM Gateway through the context menu.

 


The option adds an entry to the context menu, with the text entered in "Menu command".

 



Following the pop-up menu launch on an item that has a BOM, PDM Gateway offers a selection window containing the BOM concerned by the export.


Displaying this window is optional, but it allows you to take into account all the dependencies in the article file.


The user can activate or deactivate the articles that are to be exported to the article file.


PDM Gateway is added to the list of tasks to be processed when the user clicks the OK button.


 


By checking Do not check children by default, children will be automatically unchecked the next time you launch the program:
