How do I access myCADplatform?
To access myCADplatform, your company must have a myCADplatform subscription. myCADservices Premium or if you've been invited to share a space.
If so, there are two possible options:
- You have a myCADplatform account (or if you have a Visiativ account that gives you access to Visiativ support) :
In this case, go to myCADplatform and enter your login and password.
If you can't remember your password, cclick on the "Forgot password" link in the login box.
- You don't have an account yet
If one of your colleagues already has an account, he or she must add you to the platform. To do this, follow the procedure for adding users.
If this is your company's first use of a Visiativ platform, you, one of your colleagues or one of your managers has already been registered by us and has received a confirmation email with the activation of his/her account to be carried out.
