How do I access the SOLIDWORKS customer portal?
SOLIDWORKS customer portal https://customerportal.solidworks.com is open to all SOLIDWORKS customers with a valid maintenance contract.
You must first create your account by entering your email address and a SOLIDWORKS serial number currently being maintained.
The SOLIDWORKS customer portal gives you access to :
- Downloading new versions.
- Downloading updates (*).
- To the SOLIDWORKS knowledge base.
- To the SOLIDWORKS document database.
- To the international SOLIDWORKS community.
* You can also update SOLIDWORKS service packs directly from the SOLIDWORKS menu.
