Apply colours from standard colour charts

ColorChart allows to apply colors to SOLIDWORKS entities (bodies, faces, functions, parts, assemblies ...) from standard color charts. These colors are simply selected from the "Pantone", "RAL", and "RGB" color charts (modifiable charts).
