By clicking on the icon a window ''Windows Exploreropens in which we will rename of the documents. To rename documents it is possible to use naming conventionsthen use: ''Rename with ProjectExplorerfrom the contextual menu (right click).

Example Rename the parts files by changing the first 3 characters.


 


Selection of the files directly in the window then right click and ''.Rename with ProjectExplorer''.


 


Clicking on the folder will also automatically rename all the files it contains:



The tool ProjectExplorer applies the naming conventions defined in the interface, in this case replacing the first 3 characters by ''.000''.

The result is displayed almost instantly.


 


Documents can also be manually renamed via Windows :
