- click on the '' buttonRegister'', is to save the document.

- click on the '' buttonCancel'', is to interrupt the recording. A message box appears ''.Do you want to reset the applied properties?'' :

• If you press ''.YES'', all the properties that have been entered in the PropertyManager of SmartProperties will not modify the properties of the document.
• If you press ''.NO'', all the properties of the document will be modified by the values entered in the ProppertyManager of SmartProperties

These two actions automatically close the SmartProperties tool, unless the    is activated.
