With this option you can copy the drawings of the renamed 3D document and rename them.

Two buttons allow you to add drawings:

• Add a file manually  : l’user selects the file to be added manually.
• Research file  Select a folder to automatically search for drawings in the 3D document. The search options allow you to refine the processing.

Three buttons allow to set the name and location of the drawing:

• Browse:   allows you to define the location of the document by selecting the destination folder.
• Location of the part (or assembly)  Location of the document: allows you to define the location of the document in the same location as the new 3D document.
• Rename  rename the selected drawing in the list.

Search options:

• Search in subfolders  When selecting a search folder, the search will also be done in the subfolders.
• Adding only the plan of the same name  options to speed up the search for the drawing. Sorting, and therefore processing, is faster.
• Automatic search in the 3D folder  When selecting the option to add the associated drawing, SmartProperties will automatically search for drawings in the 3D file folder taking into account the recursion option.
