This part can be activated or not . Disable this item if you wish to copy only the background(s) of the reference drawing document.

If this item is activated, it is possible to assign backgrounds according to the formats of the documents to be modified. There are three types of format:

  • Standard formats These are the standard Windows formats. Use the the required background. Formats are defined in the '' window.Format customization''.
  • Customized formats Definition of three specific formats. Use the icon to select the desired background, e.g. a specific background for a document with specific dimensions. These formats are defined in ''Format customization''.
  • Format customization all formats can be set by clicking on .


 


In this window, you specify the widths, heights and orientation to be taken into account for each format. Modify numerical values directly in the cells.

You can choose between Millimeters or Inches as the unit of measurement.


 


A tolerance, between the specified values and the values found in the formats of the documents to be modified, can be given.

For example :

If the background dimensions of the document to be modified are 1187x840 millimetres, with a the tool CopyOptions will use the '' plan backgroundA0'' (1189x841).


The '' character*The '' key at the bottom of the left-hand column is not valid. If formats are added with this key, they will not be taken into account.
