This tool allows you to find your SOLIDWORKS documents through :

  • From a simple interface by specifying the name or part of the name, the document type, a property value, etc...

  • A more comprehensive interface that allows any combination of document selection criteria (size, mass, configuration, file type, etc.)..

  • A database analysis tab to highlight potential problems in your SOLIDWORKS document databases:

- Orphan parts (parts that are not used anywhere (without drawing or parent assembly).

- Lost dependencies (some documents may have been moved or deleted, some document dependencies point to a missing file).

- Duplicate document. In SOLIDWORKS design methodology, it is dangerous to use identical names for different documents, so this feature highlights these documents.

- List all drawings in your research file(s) that refer to [N] 3D documents.
