Manual updating of the database is generally reserved for first-time users, but to ensure that your database is constantly and regularly updated, and that it keeps pace with developments in your projects, libraries, etc., it is advisable to schedule automatic updates. To do this, simply define the type of periodicity from the drop-down menu.

It is advisable to make this task cyclic to minimize discrepancies between the database and your documents.

The closer together the tasks are, the faster they will be, as there will be fewer documents to synchronize. For tasks, choose a time outside working hours (in this case 23:00).

For periodicity (Daily - Weekly - Monthly), you need to enter the date from which the period will start. For example, in the case above, we require a daily update at 23:00 starting February 1, 2021.

If you run TaskPlanner after defining a FindDocuments task, it will appear in the tasks to be processed.
