By choosing this mode, it is possible to select entities only on a single view of the drawing sheet where the origin has been validated.

Coordinates (X, Y) are taken relative to selected origin. This origin can be a sketch point, a vertex, a circular edge (the Xc and Yc coordinates of the center are taken into account), or the center of a circle or arc.

In this mode, any selection (2D or 3D) of the coordinates to be extracted can be used (see choice of selections). These entities are projected onto a plane parallel to the sheet; there is no notion of Z.
