Visiativ myCADtools

Once the installation of myCADtools is complete, when you launch the SOLIDWORKS software, you will be prompted to activate the license. myCADtools. This registration is done automatically in connected mode. See the video below for a better understanding. Please activate the subtitles.

There are several ways to register tool licenses.

• Automatic activation
• Mail activation
• If you change hardware, remember to deactivate your license in order to activate it on the new hardware. Deactivate your license.

Information on how to use data from a PDM safe with certain myCADtools.

Not all myCADtools utilities are designed for use in a PDM environment. To benefit from this functionality, you must have :

• Installed SOLIDWORKS PDM Professional

• Installed the myPDMtools suite of tools 

• A myPDMtools registration license

If this is not the case, a message will appear when using certain myCADtools utilities.
