The task ''Launching an integration project (Integration) allows you to create actions that automatically carry out modification operations on your documents, according to customized conditions and rules (see chapter ''Integration).

Once selected, a window opens to set up the task.

 

  • Items to be treated :

Once you have selected the files and/or directories to be processed (See file and directory selection) you get the following panel:


 


  • Task settings :

To open the task settings, click on .


 


This window lets you create actions to be performed on your files. It also lets you define the conditions and rules for carrying out these actions (see the "Integration" chapter).

Once you've made your settings, click on the "Save" button to save them.


  • Planning :

 


Once you have set the utility options and saved the settings, you can schedule the task (See Planning) and confirm by clicking on "OK".

The task is validated and appears in the list ''.Task to be processed''.
