• It is possible to force the reading of the bill of materials using a user with sufficient privileges to override the logged-in user's permissions.
  • For a number of tools, you can enable them using the drop-down menu (right-click in the window).


 


  • To process PDF files that need to be moved, you must specify the location where to search for them, as well as, if necessary, a name or naming convention to search for.
    • To do this, you can specify a hard location or use the Values (see ยง Field type) to create calculated storage bins
    • You can then specify, by default, the folder for exporting PDF files.
  • To export the bill of materials in various formats, simply specify the default directories:
    • Default location for BOM export.

For export files, you can specify the separator character for the different columns. This is usually the semicolon (;).

When exporting the bill of materials, you can add a "Level" column that shows either the nesting levels of the components or their detailed numbering. Here are the different Excel export results based on the settings:
