This option allows you to create folders and update their data cards.

To create these folders, enter the full path of the folder to be created in the "FileName" column of the Excel file.


 


In this example, the "Project"and "Test" folders will be created.

Create folders using PDM templates:

This option allows you to create folders by adding the folder structure defined in the PDM folder templates.

To create these folders, you must enter the full path of the folder to be created in the FileName column of the Excel file and define a column that contains the name of the PDM folder template.


  


The SubFolder folder in our example will be named after the last folder defined in the FileName column.
