The administrative options of DocBundle can be accessed via the myPDMtools options:


 


The tool DocBundle is accessible only by right-clicking in a PDM explorer, to use DocBundleIf the option is not checked, it is therefore imperative to leave the option checked:


 


It is also possible to use a default favorite for the creation of the bundle, it must be selected from this drop-down menu :


 

This makes it possible to apply a group or file favorite to the creation of the bundle and not to have an empty bundle.


You can only use DocBundle to generate your document bundles automatically when changing the status of the documents or by right-clicking on one or more files. In this case you can deactivate this menu after creating a document bundle template file.
