When exporting 3D CAD files, you can choose to export:

  • The current document configuration.
  • The first configuration created in the configurations pane.
  • A specific configuration—for example, exporting only the configuration named "Simplified."
  • Export all configurations contained in the CAD file. When this option is checked, DocPublication uses the export file name defined in the options and appends the configuration name.

Example: For a part namedArbre.sldprt that contains 3 configurations (Default, Complete, Simplified), 3 files will be exported: Arbre-Default, Arbre-Complete,and Arbre-Simplified.
