It is possible to define the export mode for the sheets in the workbook:

-When a file in Excel format contains several sheets, it is possible to specify how each sheet should be exported. This choice is made by the Management of multiple sheets.

-When the Export all sheets to separate files is checked, the utility DocPublication automatically manages the name of each file by adding the sheet number to the file name (Ex: Name-01, Name-02, Name-03 etc...).

-The option Multi-sheet separator allows you to choose the separator to be inserted in the filename.

-If any print areas have been defined in the sheets, it is possible to ignore them when exporting to PDF format.

-The option Use a time delay after opening allows you to define a number of seconds during which DocPublication will wait after opening the file to ensure that the file is fully loaded before starting the PDF export.

-Updating properties This option allows you to update the attribute values in the Word file from the data card.

-Launching a macro after opening the document This option allows you to automatically execute a macro after opening the document, this can for example allow you to update the Excel file before conversion.
