When you right-click on the vault, the drop-down menu offers the option (if the "Enable tool in context menu"option is enabled) to launch the "PDMCheck" tool.


   


This window allows you to select or deselect the criteria to be analyzed. By default, all criteria checked in the options are selected.

By default, all analysis criteria are displayed; you can select a single criterion from the drop-down menu.

The allows you to export analysis results to an Excel file.

 


If multiple checks were used, a single Excel file will be created, with one worksheet for each check.


 

Theallows you to export analysis results in a CSV file without tabs.

This export feature allows you to create a .CSV file based on your selected criteria once the analysis is complete.


 


Regarding CSV export, if the analysis was performed using all 7 criteria, a CSV file will be created for each selected control, and the file name will follow a specific syntax.


Regarding exporting to differentiation: this does not apply to saving in Excel format

The icon Opens the selected file in SolidWorks.

The icon opens the folder containing the selected file.

The icon allows you to extract the selected file.

The icon archives the selected file.


When you right-click on a file, you'll see the options Open File, Extract, Archive,and Go To...


 


The "Go To..." option opens the folder containing the selected file.
