This option allows you to check file names against certain information.


The button is used to add a parameter.


  • Location:


Use the button to select the folder containing the files to be checked. followed by the extension of the files to be tested (EX: *.sldprt)


 


  • Concatenation:


Enter the settings for file name validation.


 

In this field, you can use the drop-down menu to add variables and functions.


The button opens the selection menu.


 


You can also enter text.


In this example, the names of my files must match:


 


'Description' variable: The value of the 'Description' variable. (Example: Mounting plate)

Text: A dash

"Item Code" variable: The value of the "Item Code " variable. (Example: 230-08)
