'PDMProperties' allows you to populate the variables in the data sheets for files or folders contained in a vault. This information can be retrieved from the variable values in the data sheets of files or folders in the vault.


 


You can assign access rights by user group in the "Define Rights" submenu.

If this option is checked, this feature can be launched from a context menu in the vault's file explorer.

Or, from the administration window, click the button if this option is not checked.
