Publish manages the connection to your SharePoint infrastructure via the modern connection OAuth2.
It is then necessary to register the application in your Azure AD and generate a certificate allowing the authentication of the application with Azure.
This information will be provided to you by your company's AzureAD administrator once the application has been enrolled.
The latter will need to perform several operations to enable publishing to SharePoint:
- Registration of the application in AzureAD
- Creating the certificate and sending it to AzureAD
- Installation of the certificate on the client computers that will run the Publish task
The certificate will also have to be installed on the workstations running the TaskActions-Publish task, see chapter: Installation of the certificate
