If the Setup is executed while it is blocked, a security message will appear:
To decompress a blocked file:
After downloading the installation, right-click on the downloaded zip file or exe file and select: Properties
If the file is blocked, Tick: Unlock and implement the changes.
After downloading the Windows zip file you must unlock the file to perform the installation.
From a Windows Explorer, right-click on the zip file, then in PropertiesIf you are using a zip file, check that the zip is not locked by Windows security:
If the file is declared as blockedClick on Unblock then validate the modifications by clicking on Ok.
