This window is used to select the files to be modified. Only files of the same type as the reference document can be selected.

  • Clicking on this button takes you to Windows Explorer, where you can select one or more files located locally on the workstation or on the network.
  • Clicking on this button retrieves the document currently active in SOLIDWORKS. This document must be of the same type as the selected reference document (Part, Assembly or a Drawing).
  • Clicking on this button selects all files contained in the folder. If you wish to select files contained in sub-folders, you must also check the parameter . The selected files will be of the same type as the selected reference document (part, assembly or drawing).
  • If you wish to remove files from the list, simply select them and press the . To clear the list, press the .
