Once actions have been created in the tree, they can be modified via contextual menus.

By right-clicking on an action :

 

  • You can rename the action :

 

  • Or duplicate the action. The latter can be useful if you have closely related actions for which some of the actions and/or operations are common.

 

The latter can be useful if you have very closely related stocks for which some of the actions and/or operations are common.

  • Each action has a '' functionParameters''.

 

 


Right-click on this function to edit the action parameters. A window opens in which you can enter a comment for the action.

Concerning the '' partOptions'', from this window:

    • if the box is checked, the action will save the open document. We will see later that some conditions and operations require the document to be opened or not.
    • this option is checked by default. In general, the operation is applied if the condition(s) are successful. If this option is unchecked, the operation will be applied on failure.
    • Include opening of assemblies in lean or large design mode (e.g. for education version testing).
