The task Convert files (BatchConverter) automatically converts a list of SOLIDWORKS documents (Parts, Assemblies, Drawings) into all formats supported by SOLIDWORKS (DXF, TIFF, PDF, IGES, DWG ...).

Once selected, a window opens to set up the task.

 

  • Items to be treated :

Once you have selected the files and/or directories to be processed (See file and directory selection) you get the following panel:


  


  • Task settings :

To open the task settings, click on .


 


This window lets you select one or more formats to convert your selected documents, and manage all the utility's import and export options (see "BatchConverter" documentation).

Once you've made your settings, click on the "Save" button to save them.


  • Planning :

 


Once you have set the utility options and saved the settings, you can schedule the task (See Planning) and confirm by clicking on "OK".

The task is validated and appears in the list ''.Task to be processed''.
