Publication to spare parts catalog
Once all the setting up the project have been completed, you can move on to publishing to the catalog.
When the Visiativ Spare Parts.mcbom project is selected, an icon is available to send your project to the Visiativ Spare Parts catalog.
Click on the icon:
- The export window appears:
- Various authentication methods are available: Find out how to register and authenticate
- Once connected, and if you have several tenants, you can choose the tenant on which you wish to export.
If you have only one tenant, the section below will be omitted (default omitted):
- Step 2 consists of generating the BOM and all the thumbnails and plates automatically. This step may take more or less time, depending on the size of the project and your equipment.
- Once generation and shipment to Visiativ Spare Parts have been completed, the product is being created on the Spare Parts platform. You can wait to see the dispatch report, or close this window.
The report may take some time to display, but you can close the window above and access the report history later from the SmartBom interface:
