Definition of Conditions:

To add a condition, simply click on +:


 


A window for configuring the condition will then appear.

 


First, select the destination group from the drop-down menu; the groups previously created in Bundle Management are listed there.


 


You can also create a group directly in this window


Conditions can be used in two ways:


  • Or by the file extension.

 


  • Either by using the value of a variable.

All you have to do is check the "With variable" option.


 


The following conditions can then be used.


P.S.: It is possible to combine a condition based on the document type with a variable condition.


  • By checking the option: Use the value from the referenced configuration, and if empty, @


The tool will use the configuration referenced by the assembly for the configuration selected via the advanced document addition feature:


 


For example, the assembly's "Default" configuration in the advanced document addition uses the configuration named "1" of a child document. The group will then check the variable in the configuration named "1." If that configuration is empty, the group will check the variable in the @ configuration.



  • The conditions toolbar lets you add or remove a condition, as well as create or delete a favorite.


 


To add a bookmark, simply click the "Create Bookmark " icon, then name the bookmark.


 


To save changes made to a favorite, click the Save icon:


 


To delete a favorite, select it from the drop-down menu and click the Delete icon:


 



The option " Add files only if all conditions in the same group are met " allows you to combine conditions for adding documents.

For example, if you check this option, files will be added to the Draw folder only if all three conditions are met (if the option were not checked, meeting just one condition would allow the file to be added to the folder):


 


When you select a favorite and have already filled in conditions, a dialog box offers you several possibilities.


 


It is possible to replace the existing conditions with those of the favourite.  

It is also possible to add bookmark conditions to existing conditions.
