Adding a new tool:
AM10182: New PDMmessage Notification Tool
'PDMMessage' allows PDM users to send email notifications to other users.
This email personalization also makes it possible to enrich the content of emails by using file variables or PDM variables.
The notification can be customized in a table containing a list of the relevant PDM documents. These notifications will be generated based on message templates. Multiple templates can be defined according to specific rules.
