After installing the certificate locally, you can retrieve the digital fingerprint.

Launch the Certificate Manager tool ( certmgr.msc):


 


Browse the personal certificates folder and double-click the certificate you installed earlier:

 


On the Details tab, copy the fingerprint:

 


Enter the fingerprint now in the Publish operation settings
