Using the tool EdgeAnnotations can only be done in the context of drawings.
Annotations are placed on vertices.
There are 2 possible results:
- Edge annotation - The annotation is attached to a geometric vertex in the 3D model.
- General annotation - General annotations are not attached to an entity, but are positioned wherever you click. This is usually somewhere close to the title block.
First of all, you need to :
- Indicate size to set Max/Min numerical values.
- Select the Type of annotation.
- Set font if the annotation does not use the document font.
- Define whether the annotation should be generated in a predefined layer.
