Revision index
Unlike the '' propertyMeter'', this property'' Revision index'' allows you to update a document property either each time the window is validated SmartPropertiesor with a button.
To the validation of SmartProperties on a document :
- If the property does not exist, it will be created with the defined start value.
- If the property exists, it can either be indicated at validation or with a button.
If the start value is numeric, the incrementation will be from 1 to 1 from the start value.
If the start value is alphanumeric (e.g. ''A''), incrementation will follow the alphabet from the start value.
If the start value is alphanumeric (e.g. ''A'' or ''AA''), the incrementation will be from 1 to 1 from the start value. The letter will never change to ''B''.
''Indicate each validation'': Each time SmartProperties on the same document, this property is automatically incremented and its value cannot be modified (grayed-out field).
If the '' optionIndicate with a buttonIf '' is ticked, the interface will suggest incrementing the value via a button.
At the next launch of SmartProperties on the same document, this property can be indexed by clicking on the '' button.Indicer''. It is not incremented until the button is clicked. This is a very practical solution if you want to control the validation of the index incrementation.
